Each program runs for 12 weeks with two training sessions per week. You'll work through 6 main skills and 18-24 supporting drills. Lessons are 20-35 minutes with video demonstrations and written cues.

48h maximum response timeEvery 4 weeks you'll complete a skills assessment to see where you stand. If you're not hitting the benchmarks, coaches adjust your training focus before moving forward.
